Physical Examination

Students registering for Athletics must have a current Physical Examination on file in the Activities office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and uploaded prior to the first day of practice. 

Physicals are valid for 1 school year from the date of the last exam, as long as the exam was after April 1.  For the following year, you may complete an Alternate Year Card, and submit that in place of the physical.
